Domestic Shipping

 

All orders ship for FREE via USPS 3-5 day mail with tracking. Tracking info is automatically emailed once the order has shipped. Orders are shipped from Southern California

Upgraded shipping to 2 Day Priority Mail is available for $8.50. Please use the product link below to upgrade your shipping time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Processing Time 

 

Our standard turn around time is 2-4 weeks from date of purchase.

 

All Ready To Ship items as well as Sale and Clearance items ship out in 1-2 days from date of purchase.

International Shipping 

 

At this time we do not ship Internationally.  Sorry.

Rhinestone Orders 

 

Any Rebel Rhinestone ONLY purchases will ship out in 1-2 days from date of purchase.

Any Rebel Rhinestones that are purchased along with dance wear items will ship out when the FULL order is complete.

Dancewear

Sizing  

 

Our dance wear runs very true to size. We fit from live models, not forms.  We understand that everyone is different in their specific fit desire, which is why we photograph on models as well.  If you are in doubt, check out the pictures, these give you clear details on actual fit.  We don’t pin or change any garments during our photo shoots. Our models generally wear child large, child xlarge, and adult xsmall/small in our pictures.  If you're still in doubt, please contact us and send us your dancer's measurements.  We are happy to suggest the size we think will fit them best.

 

 

Lining 

 

All of our tops, bottoms and leotards are fully lined, unless otherwise stated.

 

 

Washing  

 

All dancewear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap. Lie flat or hang to dry.  Washing in any other way can severely damage the dance wear.

Returns

Store Policy  

 

We stand behind every item we produce and want you to have the best possible experience with ParkerMay Designs. Please contact us with questions, comments, complaints, compliments… or anything else you have to say!

ParkerMay Designs will accept any returns/exchanges FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY if you contact us within 7 days of receiving an item. 

 

Items must be in new condition with tags attached and free of smoke, makeup, deodorant, perfume, scents and any stains.

Buyers will be responsible for shipping fees on all returns/exchanges, unless it was a shipping error.  Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted without written confirmation from ParkerMay Designs. Please contact us concerning any returns/exchanges.

ALL COSTUMES and CUSTOM DESIGNS, as well as SALE and CLEARANCE items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.  ALL SALES FINAL!

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us right away so that we can correct the situation.  Shipping fees will be covered by ParkerMay Designs.

 

 

Exchanges  

 

Exchanges are accepted on all items except Custom Costumes and Sale and Clearance items.  You can exchange for a different size or select store credit to use towards another item.
